Rodeo Drive

The Rodeo Apartments is a planned multifamily development to be located at approximately 8705 Decker Lake Road in Austin. It is being developed by NRP Group in partnership with TCFC as approved through Resolution No. TCFC-2023-14. To provide affordable workforce housing options, 10% of the units (34 units) will be reserved for tenants earning up to 60% of the area median income, and 40% of the units (135 units) will be reserved for those earning up to 80% of the area median income. The remaining 167 units will be rented at market rates. TCFC will own the land and project, leasing it back to NRP's affiliated partnership.
