Stone Creek Ranch

The Stone Creek Ranch Apartments is a planned 288-unit residential development to be located at approximately 14000 County Line Road in Elgin. It will consist of a mix of single-family homes, duplexes, and triplexes operating as a multifamily housing project. The project is being developed by Itex Group in partnership with TCFC as approved through Resolution No. TCFC-2023-16. To provide affordable workforce housing options, 10% of the units (29 units) will be reserved for tenants earning up to 60% of the area median income, and 40% of the units (116 units) will be reserved for those earning up to 80% of the area median income. The remaining 143 units will be rented at market rates. TCFC will own the land and residential units, leasing them back to Itex Group's affiliated partnership. This development is currently in the approved phase.
