Requests for Proposals/Qualifications

In order to fulfill our mission of providing quality, affordable housing, we periodically issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). These seek competitive bids for an array of services, ranging from property management and resident programs to maintenance, modernization, and more. Our goal is to give all experienced firms with expertise in affordable housing services equal opportunity through open procurement processes. We encourage such firms to consider responding to the RFPs as we aim to provide this equal opportunity to all qualified bidders.

Request for Proposals for Strategic Planning Consultant
