How partnerships work

Contact

Get in touch with HATC by filling out our online form or giving us a call. We'll set up a meeting to discuss your interest in partnering with us.

Assess

Once we've established contact, we'll work closely with you to assess the specific housing needs in your area. We'll collaborate to identify potential opportunities for affordable housing development and explore the feasibility of these projects.

Plan

With a clear understanding of the community's needs and the feasibility of the project, we'll work collaboratively with you to develop a plan that meets these needs. This involves identifying funding sources, determining project timelines and budgets, and outlining the roles and responsibilities of all partners involved.

Implement

With a solid plan in place, we'll move forward with implementation. This involves securing financing through grants, tax credits or private financing sources, acquiring land for development or rehabilitating existing housing units, designing and building new housing projects or rehabilitating existing properties.

Provide Quality Housing

With all of these steps in place, we'll provide quality housing options for those in need. We do this by ensuring that each project is completed on time and within budget, while also complying with all applicable regulations and standards for affordable housing.
