Our goal is to provide safe and well-maintained affordable housing for all of our residents in Travis County. We understand that maintenance issues can arise from time to time, which is why we have a system in place to address these concerns quickly and efficiently.

If you are experiencing a maintenance issue in your affordable housing unit, please submit a maintenance request through our online form below. Our maintenance team will review your request and schedule an appointment to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We take all maintenance requests seriously and strive to complete them in a timely manner. However, please keep in mind that some requests may require more time or resources to resolve than others.
