A regional branch of NAHRO, focusing on affordable housing and community development in the Southwest, Southwest NAHRO advances housing and community goals by improving professional standards, fostering government collaboration, and facilitating knowledge exchange for effective development and preservation.

Texas NAHRO, established in 1976, advocates for affordable housing by supporting over 161,000 families. It enhances housing quality through funding, professional standards, and government partnerships, serving as a hub for knowledge exchange and skill development across the state.

PHADA

PHADA →
The Public Housing Authorities Directors Association's (PHADA) 1,900 member housing agencies represent over 1.9 million low-income housing units throughout the United States. Our members manage small, medium, large, rural, and urban housing authorities that run programs including public housing, housing choice vouchers, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), and a variety of other innovative public-private partnerships.

Texas Housing Association

The Texas Housing Association supports over 400 public housing authorities with training, resources, and advocacy. Dedicated to enhancing affordable housing, THA offers policy samples and scholarships, serving as a comprehensive resource for Texas PHAs.
