To Approve the Legal Opinion for the closeout from the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development through the termination of the public housing Annual Contribution Contract; to Authorize the execution and delivery of documents and instruments necessary to carry out the contemplated actions necessary to take other actions related to the subject.

To approve entering into Texas Parmer Austin CCF LP as a general partner and ground lessor of the property known as Bellingham Apartments, 6816 Boyce Lane, Austin, TX, including formation of appropriate entities to perform such roles and authorization of staff to take appropriate action to accomplish.
