Resolutions
Resolution No. HATC-2024-20
To approve the 2024 HATC budget to reflect additional contributions and transfers from TCFC and TCFC Set-Aside funds, including transfers to cover shortfalls in HATC properties and COC grant, capital outlay for vehicle purchase, funding for rehabilitation of Carson Creek duplexes, and gap funding for the NRP Belmont project, as outlined in the budget amendment.

[Tabled] To amend the public hearing ratifying TCFC deals for multiple apartment projects, including Citizen House Apartments, Belmont, Preakness, and others, in accordance with Texas State House Bill 2071 requirements for income thresholds and public hearings, as outlined in the resolution.
