Resolutions
Resolution No. TCFC-2022-11
To induce the development of the 168-unit Quality Inn Apartments affordable housing project in Austin by Shir Capital through a partnership with Travis County Facilities Corporation, and authorize negotiation of a term sheet. The resolution does not commit TCFC to proceed with the project.
