Resolution No. TCFC-2023-02 Gilbert Citizen House Inducement
To approve and authorize the Citizen House Gilbert Apartments project in partnership with Endeavor Real Estate Group, to be located at approximately 6103 1/2 North State Highway 130; and authorizing the negotiation and execution of a term sheet; and other matters in connection therewith.
Resolution No. TCFC-2023-03 Decker Citizen House Inducement
To approve and authorize the Citizen House Decker Apartments project in partnership with Endeavor Real Estate Group, to be located at approximately 8800 Hog Eye Road; and authorizing the negotiation and execution of a term sheet; and other matters in connection therewith.
Resolution No. TCFC-2023-04 Howard Citizen House Inducement
To approve and authorize the Citizen House Howard Lane Apartments project in partnership with Endeavor Real Estate Group, to be located at approximately 5121 Howard Lane; and authorizing the negotiation and execution of a term sheet; and other matters in connection therewith.
Resolution No. TCFC-2023-05 Bergstrom Citizen House Inducement
To approve and authorize the Citizen House Bergstrom Apartments project in partnership with Endeavor Real Estate Group, to be located at approximately 7710 Burleson Road; and authorizing the negotiation and execution of a term sheet; and other matters in connection therewith.
