To approve inducing Preserve at Mason Creek in partnership with Cascade Homes to be located in the City of Leander, Texas; and to authorize the negotiation and execution of a Term Sheet and other matters in connection therewith.

To approve inducing Moonlight Tower in partnership with MNO Investments to be located in Southeast Travis County; and to authorize the execution of a Term Sheet and other matters in connection therewith.

To approve inducing The Porch in partnership with Ledgestone Development Group to be located in located on Hunter’s Bend Road south of F.M. 969 east of SH 130; and to authorize the execution of a Term Sheet and other matters in connection therewith.

To approve inducing the Cameron Road Apartments transaction; to authorize all filings and agreements with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs in connection with applications for low-income housing tax credits; to authorize the negotiation and execution of a Memorandum Of Understanding; and other matters in connection therewith.

To approve the awarding of approximately $2,000,000 in gap funding to the Cameron Road Apartments to be located at approximately 4915 East Yager Lane, Austin, TX 78653; and to authorize the negotiation and execution of a term sheet; and other matters in connection herewith.
