Resolutions
Resolution No. TCFC-2025-01
To adopt a position statement in support of a statutory amendment to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 394 regarding housing finance corporations in municipalities and counties; to authorize staff and members of the Board of Directors to pursue such amendment and communicate support thereof on behalf of the Travis County Facilities Corporation; and to address other matters in connection therewith.

To approve inducing an application of the NRP Group, LLC, or an affiliate (“NRP”), related to the proposed financing of up to $50,000,000 for the costs of the acquisition, construction, and equipping of the Cameron Road Apartments; and to address other matters in connection therewith.
