Resolutions
Resolution No. TCFC-2022-02
To authorize the officers of Travis County Facilities Corporation to execute agreements and documentation necessary for the acquisition, construction and operation of the SOFI at 6311 Apartments, a 258-unit affordable housing development, including purchase of land, lease to the developer partnership, and serving as general contractor.
Resolution No. TCFC-2022-03
To induce the development of Blue Ridge Apartments, a proposed 376-unit affordable housing project, by authorizing negotiation and execution of a Term Sheet with Elmington Capital Group outlining the terms of Travis County Facilities Corporation's partnership in financing, acquiring, constructing, and operating the development.
