Resolutions
To induce approximately 396 units of multifamily residential housing known as the Winding Trails Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Z Modular located at approximately the intersection of FM 973 and SH 130; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.
To induce approximately 350 units of multifamily residential housing known as the Gregg Lane Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of StoneHawk Capital Partners, LLC located at approximately the intersection of Gregg Lane and Harris Branch Road; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.
To induce approximately 168 single family rental homes known as the Barkley Meadows Homes to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Barkley Meadows, LLC located at approximately 4402 E. Highway 71; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.
To induce approximately 408 single family rental apartments known as the Barkley Meadows Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Barkley Meadows, LLC located at approximately 4402 E. Highway 71; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.
To approve the selection of an entity to perform real estate underwriting services for TCFC as recommended resulting from a request for proposals issued on March 29, 2024, in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code requirements for affordable and workforce housing development projects.
To approve the awarding of Affordable Housing Rental Development Gap Funding to select developer(s), as per the organization's Policy on Affordable Housing Development, to further the goal of expanding the availability of rental units affordable to very low-income families.
