The Travis County Facilities Corporation (TCFC) is dedicated to providing affordable public facilities to the community. Through its partnership with developers, TCFC executes Public Facility Corporation (PFC) deals that set aside at least 50% of units for low-income residents. TCFC focuses on addressing different tiers of housing, including market-rate, workforce, and extremely affordable housing, to make quality housing options accessible to all.
The Travis County Development Corporation (TCDC) is a non-profit organization that strives to improve the living conditions of low-income families by providing affordable and decent housing options. TCDC acquires, constructs, rehabilitates, operates, or disposes of housing projects and units, and works to reduce substandard structures and vacant sites. Founded in 2001, TCDC has made a positive impact by providing quality housing and services to those in need.
