A native of Austin, Jimmy currently serves as the Development Director for Stepping Stone Schools, a family-owned business. Prior to that, he spent 15 years working in federal, state and local politics. Jimmy has a degree in Economics from Southwestern University and is a graduate of the LBJ School of Public Affairs. He has three children and lives in Central Austin. Mr. Paver serves on the Board’s Real Estate Committee.
Sharal A. Brown is the owner and President of Majestic Services, Inc., a thriving woman-owned commercial construction business located in Austin, Texas. Her company is a General Contracting firm serving clients across the state of Texas and has completed commercial construction projects for the cities of Austin, Leander, Cedar Park, Elgin, Temple, San Antonio, and Dallas. As a General Contractor, Majestic Services has constructed new buildings, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs for commercial and institutional buildings. Majestic Services also provides Construction Photography Services and Construction Support Services such as Project Management, Construction Management, Cost Estimating, Scheduling, Office Engineering, Clerical, and Quality Control. Ms. Brown serves on the Board’s Executive Committee, Governance Committee, Human Resources Committee and Quality of Life Committee.
Wilmer Roberts was appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners on April 26, 2016. Mr. Roberts is a retired program manager from the Texas Military Force’s Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves (ESGR) program and has served as Deputy Division Director for the Texas Attorney General’s Office, Consumer Education, and Elder Outreach Division. Additionally, Mr. Roberts has served as Planning Commissioner for the City of Beaumont, Texas. Mr. Roberts serves on the Board’s Governance Committee and Human Resources Committee.
Laura Goettsche, an attorney at Hendler Flores Law, brings a strong background in community advocacy and legal expertise to her role. Inspired by her mother's work in El Paso, Laura has dedicated her career to challenging injustice and serving her community. She holds a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law and actively volunteers with various organizations, including the Rotary Club of Northwest Austin and the Pflugerville Library Board.

Judy Flores has dedicated her life to helping others, initially working in the medical field until she discovered her passion for affordable housing. She is the President of A&E Housing Enterprises, a company she founded in 2014 with the goal of impacting the lives of working families and the elderly living on limited income through the creation of affordable housing using the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. Judy holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University and has served on multiple boards and committees within the affordable housing arena.
