Cadena at the Falls

The Cadena at the Falls (formerly McKinney Falls) Apartments is a planned 290-unit multifamily development to be located at approximately 5200 McKinney Falls Parkway in Austin. It is being developed in partnership between TCFC and Graham Development per Resolution No. TCFC-2022-09. To provide affordable workforce housing, 50% of the units (145 units) will be reserved for tenants earning up to 80% of the area median income, with the remaining 145 units being rented at market rates. TCFC will own the project and lease it back to the partnership, while also potentially serving as the general contractor during construction to reduce costs through tax exemptions. This project is currently under construction after being induced by TCFC's board in October 2022.
