The Wembley Apartments project, a partnership between The NRP Group and the Housing Authority of Travis County (HATC), is a proposed 250-unit affordable housing development in Northeast Travis County.  The development will offer a mix of one- to four-bedroom units, with affordability levels ranging from 30% to 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI).  Planned amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, business center, co-working space, and community laundry facilities.  Units will feature granite countertops, vinyl flooring, modern cabinetry, Energy Star appliances, and spacious floor plans with 9' ceilings.  The development will also offer supportive services such as after-school care and adult education courses.  Located near TX-130 and US-183, Wembley Apartments is conveniently located near major employers like Samsung, Applied Materials, and Tesla.
