To induce the development of Walnut Creek Commons, a proposed 240-unit affordable housing project, by authorizing negotiation and execution of a Term Sheet with Narrow Road Group outlining the terms of Travis County Facilities Corporation's partnership in financing, acquiring, constructing, and operating the development.
