In order to fulfill our mission of providing quality, affordable housing, we periodically issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs). These RFPs seek competitive bids for an array of services, ranging from property management and resident programs to maintenance, modernization, and more. Our goal is to give all experienced firms with expertise in affordable housing services equal opportunity through open procurement processes.
