This five-year strategic plan for the Housing Authority of Travis County (HATC) centers on the critical needs, concerns, and opportunities identified across staff, leadership, resident, and community partner focus groups and surveys, and the data analysis of the organization’s performance. The plan adopts a future vision where the community views HATC as a trusted, visible partner going beyond housing to provide holistic community support and pathways toward long-term stability.
