We often have more applicants than available units, so, you’ll need to sign up for the waitlist of the property you chose. We’ll then notify you once a spot becomes available.

It's important to keep your information up to date while on the affordable housing waitlist. If any changes occur, such as a change in income or family size, please update your information immediately. This will help ensure that you remain eligible for affordable housing and that you receive housing offers that accurately reflect your current circumstances.

After your name reaches the top of the waiting list, we will conduct a pre-qualification check to ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements for our affordable housing programs. This check typically involves verifying your income, criminal background, and rental history.

If you're eligible and a spot opens up, we'll send you a housing offer. This offer will include information about the unit, the lease, and any other relevant details. You’ll need to submit sign and submit these documents to us.
