The U.S. Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD) awarded HATC with $1,015,017 for the continuation of its Continuum of Care (CoC) Program. Through local planning efforts, direct housing, and supportive services, the CoC Program works to improve the lives of men, women, and children around the country who are experiencing homelessness – primarily those living with serious mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or related diseases.

CoC is an important part of HUD’s mission to reduce homelessness by assisting families and individuals move into permanent housing, with the goal of long-term stability.

If you are currently experiencing homelessness, you may be referred to the CoC Program by Integral Care through a coordinated assessment system that the Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO) oversees. For more information, please visit ECHO’s website
