HATC in the Community: Hispanic Heritage Month
The Housing Authority of Travis County was proud to celebrate this Hispanic Heritage Month with our community. We partnered with the Austin Public Library and the City of Austin’s Office of Civil Rights to host a special HATC in the Community event. HATC CEO Patrick Howard welcomed attendees and explained about our mission to provide affordable housing. We brought together resources on housing, landlords, and civil rights to better serve Austin residents, and our tables offered informative flyers, tote bags, and more, all ready to help our community. We also featured a musical performance by Chilean singer Ricardo Parra.
