Through human triumph and tragedy, James Sulcer of HATC’s Manor Town Apartments has a story to tell.
James’s journey as a war hero in Vietnam, and an elementary and middle school teacher in New Orleans, catapulted him into a distinguished career as chair of the East Rural Travis County Board.
James has served as past president of the Manor Lions Club, and is currently the District Chaplin for the Lions Club. James is the current Place 4 member of the City of Manor Board of Adjustments, and a liaison between Manor Town residents, community assistance groups, and the HATC Foundation. James takes pride in helping and lifting others.
