Resolution No. TCFC-2023-17 Belmont
To consider the application of an affiliate of NRP Group, LLC relating to the proposed financing of up to $60,000,000 of the costs of the acquisition, construction, and equipping of the Belmont Apartments project and other related matters, including authorization to file applications for bond allocation and take other necessary actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.

To induce approximately 341 units of multifamily residential housing known as the Preakness Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of NRP Group, LLC located at approximately the intersection of Slaughter Lane and Capitol View Drive; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.
