Grandview 620 Apartments is a proposed Class A multifamily community planned for 10656 N FM 620 in northwest Austin. The project envisions approximately 300 units across four-story, elevator-served buildings on a roughly 10.02-acre site developed via a long-term ground lease with the Travis County Facilities Corporation. The development is designed to include a parking garage deck and covered parking, about 9,000 square feet of interior amenity space, and significant outdoor greenspace. Resident amenities are planned to feature a resort-style pool, fitness center with spin room, clubhouse with kitchen and lounges, game room, business center and conference room, private work pods, and pet-friendly facilities including a dog park and dog wash. Apartment homes are intended to average about 882 square feet and to offer wood-style flooring, quartz or granite counters, tile backsplashes, stainless appliances, walk-in closets, and select private yards.
