To amend the Policy Statement on Affordable Housing Development, superseding the previous policy outlined in Resolution No. TCFC-2022-07, in consideration of continuing high demand and challenges for affordable housing development.

To induce approximately 360 units of multifamily residential housing known as the Oak Hill Highline Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Urban Genesis, LLC located at approximately the intersection of Slaughter Lane and Interstate 35; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.

To induce approximately 300 units of multifamily residential housing known as the HWY-183 & East William Cannon Drive Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Savoy Equity Partners located at approximately the intersection of Highway 183 and East William Cannon Drive; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.

To authorize Travis County Facilities Corporation to cooperate with Itex Group for their proposed 288-unit Stone Creek Ranch Apartments in Austin, including negotiating and executing a term sheet, while reserving the right not to proceed. Also authorizes Itex Group to make filings to obtain equity and debt financing for the project.

To authorize Travis County Facilities Corporation to cooperate with Urban Genesis, LLC for their proposed 198-unit UG Techridge Apartments in Austin, including negotiating and executing a term sheet, while reserving the right not to proceed. Also authorizes Urban Genesis to make filings to obtain equity and debt financing for the project.
