Moonlight Tower Apartments

Moonlight Tower Apartments is a proposed Class-A multifamily development at approximately 10212 Menchaca Road in south Austin. The project envisions 431 new studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments within a modern community offering a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and other resident amenities. The estimated $106.9 million project would be developed through a long-term collaboration between MN&O Investment Group and a public facilities corporation, with the land held under a 75-year lease and affordability covenants preserving a portion of units for lower-income households. About 20% of units are planned for households at 60% of area median family income and 30% at 80% AMI, with the remainder at market rates. Financing is expected to combine bank debt and developer equity, and the project is currently at an inducement stage pending further approvals.
