Ross Road Apartments

The Ross Road Apartments is a planned multifamily development to be located at approximately 6207 Ross Road in Austin. It is being developed by NRP Group in partnership with TCFC as approved through Resolution No. TCFC-2023-14. To provide affordable workforce housing options, 10% of the units (33 units) will be reserved for tenants earning up to 60% of the area median income, and 40% of the units (131 units) will be reserved for those earning up to 80% of the area median income. The remaining 328 units will be rented at market rates. TCFC will own the land and project, leasing it back to NRP's affiliated partnership.
