February 6, 2023

To approve and authorize the Citizen House Gilbert Apartments project in partnership with Endeavor Real Estate Group, to be located at approximately 6103 1/2 North State Highway 130; and authorizing the negotiation and execution of a term sheet; and other matters in connection therewith.
