Resolution No. TCFC-2025-02

To approve inducing an application of the NRP Group, LLC, or an affiliate (“NRP”), related to the proposed financing of up to $50,000,000 for the costs of the acquisition, construction, and equipping of the Cameron Road Apartments; and to address other matters in connection therewith.

Resolution No. TCFC-2025-01

To adopt a position statement in support of a statutory amendment to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 394 regarding housing finance corporations in municipalities and counties; to authorize staff and members of the Board of Directors to pursue such amendment and communicate support thereof on behalf of the Travis County Facilities Corporation; and to address other matters in connection therewith.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-18

To approve inducing the application of an affiliate of NRP Group, LLC, relating to the proposed financing of up to $50,000,000 of the costs of the acquisition, construction, and equipping of the Wembley Apartments and other matters in connection therewith.

To approve inducing the Cameron Road Apartments, in partnership with an affiliate of the NRP Group, to be located at approximately 4915 E. Yager Lane; authorize the negotiation and execution of a term sheet; and address other related matters, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-17

To approve inducing the Aspire at Big Austin transaction; authorize all filings and agreements with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for low-income housing tax credits; authorize negotiation and execution of a memorandum of understanding; and authorize other related matters, subject to the City of Austin and HACA requesting HATC to expand its area of operation for this project and authorizing a cooperation agreement with HATC.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-16

To authorize ratifying the Works III at the Tillery Apartments transaction located at approximately 701 Tillery St.; including the execution of all documentation necessary to carry out the transaction; authorize the purchase of the land for the transaction and the lease of such land for the transaction; authorize the Travis County Facilities Corporation (TCFC) to serve as a general contractor; and address other matters in connection therewith.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-15

To approve ratifying the FM 969 apartments (formerly known as the Willow East apartments) transaction located at approximately 6400 FM 969, including the execution of all documentation necessary to carry out the transaction. Authorize the purchase of the land for the transaction and the lease of such land for the transaction. Authorize the Travis County Facilities Corporation (TCFC) to serve as a general contractor, and address other matters in connection therewith.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-14

To authorize the transaction located at approximately 2824 through 2826 Real St., including the execution of all documents necessary to carry out the transaction. Authorize the purchase of the land for the transaction and the lease of such land for the transaction. Authorize the Travis County Facilities Corporation (TCFC) to serve as the general contractor, and address other matters in connection therewith.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-13

To approve the transaction for UG Tech Ridge apartments, to be located at approximately 4712 E Yager and E Palmer Lane in Austin, TX; and include the execution of all documentation necessary to carry out the transaction. Authorize the purchase of the land for the project, authorize the Travis County Facilities Corporation (TCFC) to serve as a general contractor, and address other matters in connection therewith.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-12

To approve inducing an application of an affiliate of the NRP Group, LLC relating to the Monaco Apartments and a proposed financing therefore of up to $60,000,000 of the cost of the acquisition, construction, and equipping therefore with tax-exempt bond and other matters in connection therewith.

To authorize the Flatz-130 Apartments transaction with Z Modular, including the execution of all documentation necessary to carry out the transaction; to authorize the purchase of the land for the transaction and the lease of such land for the transaction; to authorize the Travis County Facilities Corporation to serve as the general contractor; to authorize other matters in connection therewith.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-10

To approve the awarding of Affordable Housing Rental Development Gap Funding to select developer(s), as per the organization's Policy on Affordable Housing Development, to further the goal of expanding the availability of rental units affordable to very low-income families.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-09

To approve the selection of an entity to perform real estate underwriting services for TCFC as recommended resulting from a request for proposals issued on March 29, 2024, in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code requirements for affordable and workforce housing development projects.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-08

To induce approximately 408 single family rental apartments known as the Barkley Meadows Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Barkley Meadows, LLC located at approximately 4402 E. Highway 71; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-07

To induce approximately 168 single family rental homes known as the Barkley Meadows Homes to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Barkley Meadows, LLC located at approximately 4402 E. Highway 71; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-06

To induce approximately 350 units of multifamily residential housing known as the Gregg Lane Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of StoneHawk Capital Partners, LLC located at approximately the intersection of Gregg Lane and Harris Branch Road; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-05

To induce approximately 396 units of multifamily residential housing known as the Winding Trails Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Z Modular located at approximately the intersection of FM 973 and SH 130; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-04

To amend the Policy Statement on Affordable Housing Development, superseding the previous policy outlined in Resolution No. TCFC-2022-07, in consideration of continuing high demand and challenges for affordable housing development.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-03

To induce approximately 360 units of multifamily residential housing known as the Oak Hill Highline Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Urban Genesis, LLC located at approximately the intersection of Slaughter Lane and Interstate 35; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-02

To amend the standard terms for public facility corporation transactions, superseding previous terms outlined in Resolution No. TCFC-2022-08, and authorize related actions, as permitted under the corporation's bylaws and articles of incorporation.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-01

To induce approximately 300 units of multifamily residential housing known as the HWY-183 & East William Cannon Drive Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Savoy Equity Partners located at approximately the intersection of Highway 183 and East William Cannon Drive; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.
