These terms apply to the Housing Authority of Travis County virtual check-in form and related SMS messages.
‍
Virtual Check-In
The virtual check-in form helps HATC route visitor information to the appropriate staff or department. Submitting the form does not guarantee immediate service, appointment availability, eligibility, or program approval.
‍
Please provide accurate contact information so HATC can follow up when needed.
‍
SMS Terms
By checking the SMS consent box on the check-in form, you agree to receive text messages from Housing Authority of Travis County at the phone number you provide.
‍
Messages may include check-in confirmations and post-visit survey links. Message frequency varies based on your visits. Message and data rates may apply.
‍
Consent to receive text messages is not required to check in or receive services.
‍
Opt Out And Help
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact Housing Authority of Travis County at [email protected]
‍
Availability
The check-in form and SMS services may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, network issues, provider outages, or other operational needs.
‍
Privacy
Use of the check-in form and SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
