The Cameron Road Apartments project, proposed by the NRP Group, is a planned 336-unit mixed-income community in East Austin. Located near the Parmer Business Park and East Village mixed-use development, the project aims to provide quality housing for working families and individuals.  The proposed development represents a $60+ million investment and will feature amenities such as a fitness center, private yards, garages, a dog park, and a resort-style pool.  The unit mix includes one- and two-bedroom apartments, with a portion designated for residents earning 60% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).  The project is conveniently located near major employers like Applied Materials, Dell, and Samsung Semiconductor, as well as various highways and retail options.
