To authorize Travis County Facilities Corporation to cooperate with Itex Group for their proposed 288-unit Stone Creek Ranch Apartments in Austin, including negotiating and executing a term sheet, while reserving the right not to proceed. Also authorizes Itex Group to make filings to obtain equity and debt financing for the project.

To authorize Travis County Facilities Corporation to cooperate with Urban Genesis, LLC for their proposed 198-unit UG Techridge Apartments in Austin, including negotiating and executing a term sheet, while reserving the right not to proceed. Also authorizes Urban Genesis to make filings to obtain equity and debt financing for the project.

To approve and authorize the transactions for the Ross Road Apartments to be located at approximately 6207 Ross Road in Austin, Texas; and the Rodeo Apartments to be located at approximately 8705 Decker Lake Road in Austin, Texas, including the execution of all documentation necessary to carry out the transactions; authorizing the purchase of the land for the projects and authorizing the Travis County Facilities Corporation to serve as the general contractor; and other matters in connection therewith.

To confirm and ratify the appointment of Patrick B. Howard as Secretary; and other matters in connection therewith.

To approve and authorize the transactions for the City Walk Place Apartments transaction to be located on Lexington Street in Manor, Texas; and the Sky Loft at Shadow Glenn Apartments to be located on Gregg Manor Road in Manor, Texas, including the execution of all documentation necessary to carry out the transactions; authorizing the purchase of land for the projects and authorizing the Travis County Facilities Corporation to serve as the general contractor; and other matters in connection therewith.

To approve and authorize the transactions for multiple apartment projects, including the Real Apartments transaction to be located at 2824 and 2826 Real Street; the Willow East Apartment project to be located at 6400 FM 969; the Tillery Road/Springdale Apartments project to be located at 701 Tillery Street near Springdale Road; the North Lamar Apartment project, formerly known as the Cambrian Apartment project, to be located at 5916 North Lamar; The Burleson Apartments project to be located at 7800 Burleson; the Citizen House Bergstrom Apartments to be located at 7710 Burleson; Citizen House Gilbert Apartments to be located at 6103 North SH 130; Citizen House Decker Apartments to be located at 8800 Hog Eye; Citizen House Howard Apartments to be located at 5121 Howard Lane; Springdale Apartments to be located at 1200 Springdale Road; Blue Ridge Apartments to be located at 290 East Palmer Lane. The resolution also includes authorizing the execution of all necessary documentation for the transactions, authorizing the purchase of land for the projects, and authorizing the Travis County Facilities Corporation to serve as the general contractor; and other matters in connection therewith.

To approve and authorize the Blue Ridge Apartments project in partnership with Elmington Capital Group, to be located off of TX-130 on Wildhorse Ranch Trail in Austin, Texas; and authorizing the negotiation and execution of a term sheet; and other matters in connection therewith.

To approve and authorize the Burleson Apartments project in partnership with Cambrian Development, LLC, to be located at approximately 7800 Burleson Road; and authorizing the negotiation and execution of a term sheet; and other matters in connection therewith.

To confirm and ratify the appointment of Patrick B. Howard as Secretary; and other matters in connection therewith.

To authorize the Frontier Valley Apartments transaction, including the execution of all documentation necessary to carry out the transaction; authorizing the purchase of the land for the transaction and the lease of such land for the transaction; and authorizing the Travis County Facilities Corporation to serve as the general contractor; and other matters in connection therewith.

To approve and authorize the Citizen House Bergstrom Apartments project in partnership with Endeavor Real Estate Group, to be located at approximately 7710 Burleson Road; and authorizing the negotiation and execution of a term sheet; and other matters in connection therewith.

To approve and authorize the Citizen House Howard Lane Apartments project in partnership with Endeavor Real Estate Group, to be located at approximately 5121 Howard Lane; and authorizing the negotiation and execution of a term sheet; and other matters in connection therewith.
