TCFC Projects

Travis County Facilities Corporation (TCFC) partners with private developers to build new multifamily and residential communities across Travis County. Through these public-private partnerships, TCFC owns the land and the residential units, leasing them back to the developer's affiliated entities. This unique model allows the projects to take advantage of TCFC's property tax exemptions to provide high-quality workforce housing with a substantial portion of units reserved for tenants earning below 80% of the area median income. Developers wishing to partner with us on their project can learn more about our PFC application process here.
